A place where art and living meet

Gallery @500ft

Gallery @500ft sits above the Exmoor coast, representing contemporary and regional artists in an intimate setting. It is a gallery shaped by landscape — informal, thoughtful, and rooted in place.

Alma House

Alma House is a private, invitation-only gallery within a lived home. Art exists here as part of daily life — encountered slowly, discussed openly, and experienced without spectacle.

A work of art is, above all, an adventure of the mind.

Forgery on Trial

Displayed within an Old Police Court, Forgery on Trial occupies a space once dedicated to judgement. Here, works are presented not as crimes, but as questions — examining authorship, belief, and why certain images move us.

Visitors become the jury.

Art meets judgement.

In a courtroom setting, every canvas becomes both suspect and testimony. The question is not whether a work is real — but why we care if it is.
