For one evening, the United Club is transformed.
The dining room becomes Montparnasse at the height of its creative revolution. Walls hung with paintings. Beeswax candles flickering across café tables. The low murmur of conversation and jazz in the background. The scent of wood and tobacco in the air.

This immersive Atelier & Grove salon recreates the atmosphere of La Rotonde, the legendary Paris café that became the gathering place for the great artists of the early twentieth century. It was here that painters, writers and thinkers debated, collaborated and challenged the conventions of their time.
Artists such as Pablo Picasso, Georges Braque, Amedeo Modigliani and Chaïm Soutine once filled those tables with argument, ambition and experimentation. Montparnasse became the centre of a cultural movement that reshaped modern art and literature.
